Finishes and Legs |
We have a standard turned
leg and antique brass castor. However we will turn legs to meet the customer's
specfications and offer polished brass and china wheels. Castor cups required
for stone and wooden floors.
Internally
tapered legs are very popular with wooden floors. Their proportions are
adjusted to suit the size of the piece. Stained and polished to suit the
customer's requirement.
Bun
feet are an extension of an Edwardian theme. Specially turned for each piece.
Available with a recessed castor. Stained and polished to suit the customer's
requirement.
Our
standard finish includes a kick pleat pelmet. This can be trimmed with a
contrast binding.
A
fringe with a band behind adds an element of depth and warmth to the piece.
Either
square or internally tapered, these are a variation of the internally tapered
legs. 
Gathered
skirts give a softer finish to the piece. Either with or without an upstand
as shown here. Available with contrast bindings.
